Returns will be honored only if returned within 15 days after received. The merchandise must be returned in its original none open packaged and sealed. Returns must be in new condition in original box including all product information and warranty cards.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

ALL returns must have a copy of your original dated invoice. Well e-mail you when the return has been received and processed. Please enclose a short explanation of why you are returning the item(s). This will help us better serve you in the future. We recommend that you insure your return so if it is damaged or lost during the trip back, you are not liable.

We’re sorry, but we can’t give credit for damaged items or items returned more than 15 days after delivery. If you return an item(s) in a condition that isn’t new or late, we will donate them to a canine foundation. You will not receive credit for these returns, but you will have the satisfaction of knowing you are helping dogs that are less fortunate.

Backorders:

Doggy Treats Inc. will backorder merchandise only if the merchandise will not be arriving in our facility in a timely manner. If the backorder merchandise is set to arrive in a timely fashion your order will be held and shipped complete. If the backordered merchandise is not due to arrive in a timely fashion, the first part of your order will be shipped. You will be notified of the backorder and when it is set to ship out of Doggy Treats Inc. If you have a concern or wish to cancel your backordered item(s)
